Launch of ACMA 2nd Zero Defect and Zero Effect Cluster at Sanjeev Auto, Aurangabad

Sanjeev Auto (Aurangabad) payed host to the ACMA 2nd Zero Defect and Zero Effect Cluster, on improving manufacturing and product development quality amongst manufacturing organisations in India.

This program, which featured improved roadmaps, richer training content and intervention strategies helps participating organisations achieve improvements in several aspects of their manufacturing performance.

Some of the areas where improvement can be experienced by participating organisations include:

  • Improvement on time delivery of projects
  • Reduced rework in tooling and process
  • Reduced rejections during initial production and in regular production
  • Improved RFQ conversion
