MIT AND AURANGABAD ‘BLACK BUCKS’ CAME TOGETHER TO ORGANIZE THE 3RD EDITION OF ‘MIT AURANGABAD HERITAGE HALF MARATHON’ ON SUNDAY 25th NOVEMBER 2018, WHICH TOOK THE RUNNERS THROUGH THE HERITAGE SITES OF AURANGABAD, i.e FROM DAULATABAD FORT TO ELLORA CAVES.
More than 200 Sanjeevites participated in the marathon and enjoyed the serenity of the Ellora caves like never before.
The Ultra Half Marathon was a 25 KM road race, conducted on the scenic Daultabad – Ellora route. The race started from H2O Waterpark and there was a turnaround from Ellora Caves. The race crossed heritage sites such as Daultabad Fort, Hatti Talab ,Kagzipura – Handmade Paper Mill,Pariyon ka Talab, Bani Begum ka Baugh, Tomb of Aurangzeb ,Malik Ambar Tomb and Ellora Caves.
We would like to congratulate our team from C-7, K-96, M-115, E-89 & F-104 Plant for making us proud for achieving 5 Gold Awards and 2 Runners-Up Awards in Indian National Suggestion Schemes’ Association (INSSAN)
Our Total 7 Teams including 16 participants participated in INSSAN First Chapter Contest held on 24-Nov-2018 at JNEC Campus Aurangabad.
The teams were Guided by our MD Ms. Maithilee Tambolkar, Mr. Shivaprasad Kamat, Mr. R B Kulkarni, Mr. A N Kulkarni, Mr. S N Atkalikar, Mr. Jitendra Tiwari and Mr. P K Tapdiya.
We are also proud that the awards were received in presence of our MD Ms Maithilee Tambolkar. She was the Chief Guest of the Inauguration Ceremony.
